made claypot chicken rice with al just now for dinner! tastes really authentic man! just like the ones in china town. haaahaha... thanks to mummy's recipe. called her before i cooked and we were so greedy that we cooked too much till the pot overflowed with ingredients and we couldn't cover the pot and had to transfer everything into a super huge pot! goodness. i bought lup cheong, salted fish and kai lan veges today just for the claypot rice =) and we cooked fried bee hoon and tung hoon yesterday. tastes damn good too. i was just telling al that we could set up a stall in front of the house and sell it to our ang moh neighbours. hmmm... and we made some cinnamon apples for dessert. yummy.by the way, al's friend form port mc is coming over tmr to stay for the weekend. hope she's better than the canadians and not eat up all my groceries and dirty the toilet. *prays hard*
