Our first morning at Shanghai. Having a typical Chinese breakfast at the hotel.shanghai's a little like singapore, just that it has the image of singapore 10 years ago, bad customer service, dirty streets and toilets and people spitting all over the place. it is also a shopping paradise for all the fake branded goods in which none of us are interested.
heh... but we bought alot of local food, tea, silk, and "PI XIU" back!
spent more than s$1000! and now that we have both unpacked our bags, i don't see what can cost us more than s$1000... i guess the "PI XIU" (a fengshui thingy), approximately s$400, took up most of our money and we topped up another s$200 for a day trip to Hangzhou (where Liang Shan Bo & Zhu Ying Tai met).
Hangzhou is super gorgeous! i Love Xi Hu... this Lake where the Bai snake met Xu Xian... it's so pretty! Took a boat trip round the lake :)

A visit to the Famous Jade Buddha Temple.
Couldn't take picts of the JADE Buddha so we took ourselves!
hahaha... this is supposed to be some "Marriage Stone". The stone has got many inter-linked-holes and was believed that if a couple could find and touch each others fingers inside, they are meant for each other. biN got so worried when he couldn't find my hand, saw his worried face and finally he smiled at the camera cos he felt my icy fingers :)
On a boat ride around Shanghai Bund (Shanghai Tang). biN's company bought all the seats for that hour's ride even though we (16 pple) only took up less than one fifth of the vessel. The night view over the bay area is fantastic!
