and by self-transcedence, i would suppose that it is a man' spiritual being instead that of a higher power above us like god. and self actulization seems to potray a perfect or ideal man. so ideal, it makes it difficult but not impossible to attain it.
after all, i believe that everything that happens, lies in our own hands.
