went to Wacha, a cozy authentic Japanese place at Ann Siang Rd last night for dinner. food was displayed so prettily in baskets and bowls that i cna't bear to eat them. i love the ambience. we had this this little borner right in Wacha with a caucasian couple 2 metres away. heh. but food was served s slowly, that my valentine had his stomach growling for 1 houe. haaha. it's the first time we both had a 2 hour long meal, served slowly couse after course. an 8 course dinner that lasted 2 hours. haa. can't believe that we survived through it. food was great, especially the raw slimy octopus with a tinge of wasabi was just too perfect.
so, just got home from a sumptous home cooked dinner that my darling prepared for me. he got most of my fav food on the plate. salmon, fresh mushrooms, stewed prawns and clam chowder. he packed them on plates and tipperware and placed them in a basket and off we went to our old hang out at yishun dam. wind was really strong. i was so worried that it will blow our food away, but it didi not cos i have all of if kept warm in my stomach now =)
what is valentine if there isn't a tinge of love in every action that he does everyday. my valentine does not surprise me with gifts, hugs and kisses but showers me with all the love that i can ever have in the world. muacks to my bao bei!
